The Retail Systems Forum is an annual conference, held at diverse UK venues including BAFTA and Williams F1. Sponsored by key manufacturers and suppliers, the Forum is designed to inform and educate retailers about the latest retail technology.
The marketing collateral created for this event included direct mail promotional packs and email invitations sent to a variety of targeted mailing lists, supported by an event website that enabled online registration. Delegate registrations were also managed by Advisorz, and information packs produced and distributed.
Post event analysis for the client included collating questionnaires and feedback forms. Database management was another crucial component of the event with Advisorz maintaining a complete list of people who registered and attended the event.
